Have a roommate who has never paid rent, deposit or was ever on a lease and they (she and her daughter)just won't leave. They steal from me whenever I am not home, especially if I go on a vacation and eat me out of house and home regularly. I tried to to help them by giving them a place to stay for a little while which now been more than a year and my greatest nightmare. I live in Spring Valley, CA. Desperate, please help.
