I don't think anything is wrong, is something happening in your life that's hard for you? If your constantly thinking about something that hurts you of course your going to be upset

Maybe there is something u did that makes u worried u might get in trouble or maybe u weren't listening and you don't know what to do and u panic and u don't want to ask a stupid question like what do we do
