He wants "time off" for one and half years
Hello, my boyfriend and I have dated for two years now. For months, he avoided my every call and text. Yesterday he told me that he wants to drink, smoke, date 36 girls, and enjoy hanging out with his friends for one and half years. He had even started smoking in front of his mother (which he never does). I said yes to him. Actually, he dated two girls when he and I were in a relation. I told him to have fun and come to me after two years. Advice please.

The kid wants to feel like a man. You did right by letting him. Now go enjoy your own life.

Thank you for the advice, but I've decided to wait for him. I wonder if there is still a chance for us?

Enjoy yourself while you wait. How long has it been so far? No one can look in his heart, and judge his intentions. How old are you both?

It has been four days now. I'm 21 years old, while he is 24 years old. Thank you for the advice, but I don't think I can move on.

You move on by building a life that you enjoy without him. It does take time, and effort on your part. This is about what you do for yourself during this difficult time. Of course the hurt will be there for a while, but won't last forever, if you get busy being good to yourself. Mourn the loss, heal through actions, and before you know it, you will find the happiness within you.

His plan is his priority, what will your priorities be?

Of course you don't wait on him. His list shows he must be a immature child and he will not be worth waiting for.

So you go date your 36 guys and I bet you find a better one after 2 or 3

I think you'll find that when the two years are up you'll barely remember his name.

This is hurting you now,but once you've had some time to think about this situation I'm sure you'll realise it's a no go.

Personally I wouldn't wait two days for a guy who wants to ''date 36 girls'' and who was actually dating two other girls while you were together.

Cut your losses and start moving on.

Thnku.. I realize there are other people who care about me too but, he was my first love and I even slept with him because I trusted us to last forever. I guess I won't never accept any one after him. I'm waiting for him but, ill surely try hard to be happy. Thank you for your reply...
