I am looking for a form called "Termination of Probation" for Indian River County in Florida... I have searched the web and can not find that document to print.

I don't think you'll find a form like that. What are you trying to do? If you're requesting early release from probation, then I don't think there's a form. Ask your PO for the procedure for his office.
