    Terminating a Father's Parental Rights?
I want to give up all my parental rights how can I do that?

Basically you can't unless someone agrees to adopt the child and the adoption is approved by the Court.

If you WERE able to give you your rights you still are liable for support.

I know you aren't going to like this, but it's the law. You can't just say, "Not my child" and walk away.

You can't. There is a myth that a parent can just give up their rights. But only a court can terminate rights and courts will not do so except in limited circumstances.

You apparently had no problem agreeing to the sexual relations that created this child, so man up and take responsibility for your actions.
