I can not think of what this movie is calle it is about a girl that gets injected with some crazy stuff that glows and it makes her a monster hr eys are weird and they are in a wearhouse and this guy lets this girl go to kill them then at the end one of the "normal" people inject themselves with the stuff and turns into the crazy person and they fight.

You may be thinking of Re-Animator. Some of your facts may be a bit off, but it sound a lot like this very cool movie.
