Hi. My regular doctor has told me to keep track of my blood pressure for the last 3 weeks because it is unusually high (I am only 21 - not overweight, non smoker, currently on a diet to try to reduce sodium intake). For the last 2 days, the bottom number has been between 102 and 107. My appointment with my doctor isn't for another 2 weeks. Do I need to go to the emergency room? Is there a point at which I should be going to the ER?
