When you first turn it on early in the day it works great but if you turn it off for a while then turn it back on it gets a green tint and lines throughout he picture can this be fixed and how would you fix it

First, your TV is a 61" not a 63".

The lines could be part of the light engine failing. It could also be the EPROM failing. The green tint could be a loose connection. If you are using component cables (red, green, blue color-coded RCA cables), check the connections.

Without seeing the TV it is difficult to say for certain what is happening to it. Expect to pay between $150-200 USD for an in-home diagnostic of what is wrong with the TV.
