I had an abortion on December 3,2011. I was healthy and had no cysts. Then I went for check up on December 27, 2011 and I was told that I now have a 4 in blood filled cyst on my right ovary. I am wondering if this cyst can go away on its own. I am wondering if the bllod cyst can be drained without having to remove my right ovary. I was persuaded into having an abortion and now I want to get pregnant again before I might lost the ovary. If I get pregnant now, will it be safe to do so?
