You should have contacted them to notify them of the change of address rather than rely on the post office forwarding the mail. This is one of those things you don't want to get lost. Or the wrong person getting.

Call them and ask - we have no way of knowing what Missouri Unemployent knows or doesn't know.

You have a claim number - call and get the info.

First, it is NOT a W-2; the form foor unemployment compensation is Form 1099-G.

Second, go to the Missouri Department of Labor's website. You stand a GOOD chance that you can download your Form 1099-G sometime in mid-January 2012, thus not having to worry about getting it in the mail.

You should also be able to submit a Change of Address on the website.
