Ask him.

If the account is in your sole name then the airtime provider shouldn't give him access.

Yup he can check... do you use postpaid or prepaid ?

What company do you use?

Do they send you a monthly bill with list of calls.

Is your phone history available online, if so, would he know you password and so on

And I guess the other question is,
Why do you think he does?

Except for being poor trust, why do you care. I would throw my phone to my wife anytime to let her see my history?

Is there anyway he can know that I am doing this? I remember a while back when I went on line to pay the cell phone bill the greeting was "welcome to Sprint, date of last visit was------ and it would give a date of last visit. I have not seen that greeting anymore, but wonder if somehow he can check if I check his cell phone records. We are separated and I always check his cell phone records to see if he is cheating. Just do not want him to know that I do this. Please answer my question as to if it is possible he will know I do this.

You are separated... therefore he CAN'T possibly be cheating... and besides... you legally have no right to acess his records. Those are only acessible to him or underspecific court order to the authorities..
