I was dating a guy and we broke up slept with someone else and the guy I got back with the one I was dating and I thought he was the father and he is the one on my daughters birth certificate and I have proof he isn't the father and I want her biolical father on her certificate and her last name changed I need help

Where is this at. Location makes a big difference, Does the bio father want his name on the birth certificate ?

Do what u think is best. But remember u can always change her name but do it for the right reasons...

The fact here is the mother can't do what she thinks best she has to deal with what the law allows. Changing a child's name involves several legal issues.
