Yes, first it is a 1099 not a W2. Next it will not nearly be ready yet, It is only Jan 2nd. It most likely will be a couple more weeks at best.

Normally you will get it online where you would file each week.

By reading the Alaska unemployment web site, no it will not be online. They will mail it by the end of Jan.
