The Ignition Control Module (ICM) is likely failing. Easy to replace and inexpensive, AutoZone, DR124, $29.99.
You could also have a weak fuel pump or sticky injectors. Tx is right about the ICM: if that fixes everything. Now might be a good time for a fuel filter, too. How's the rest of the maintenance history?
Is the (ICM) in my this cap, In my 95 caddy deville 4.9 liter?
Inside the distributor. Look at a picture of the ICM and then locate it inside the distributor, after disconnecting the negative. Battery cable. If you look carefully at one of the pictures of the distributor, at AutoZone.com, you will see the ICM. It looks like there is a cover plate. You can see the male connectors at each end of the ICM.
