She was wormed about a week ago. She had puppies over 2 months ago and has steadily been dropping weight. She is 11 years old. The puppies did not live.

I would say to feed her caned food whit lotss of bread.

I am thinking a vet visit is in order. 11 is way to old to have pups and there could have been complications that are affecting her weight.

If none of her pups lived, she could be depressed. Depressed dogs lose weight very fast.

Feed a high calorie diet. Puppy food is very high in fats. Maybe switch her to that.

Definitely talk with your vet, you should be concerned that your dog had puppies and is now rapidly losing weight.
