It starts a father and son fishing. The father passes down a watch to his son just days be for he dies. I think the kid runs away and meet a black kid and they are friends and they get into a lot of trouble. I know they try to still a car at a car delarship. Please help I'm 26 last time I seen this movie was when I was 14.
