Only saw the very beginning of this movie so its all I have to go off. Looked like a 90s movie maybe late 80s but it starts I believe in a house with a young boy and mother and the boy has some kind of mental issue or is slow or something. The young boy does some kind of puzzle in a book which reveals a secret hidden telephone number . He calls the number and on the other end is I believe a warehouse with two guys in it, one guy answers the phone up in an office and proceeds to ask who it was calling and how he got the number. Boy then says from a puzzle and the guy freaks out and yells out to the other guy. That's all I saw and can remember . Thanks for any help
