Hello I am a twelve year old male and I seem to have a lump on my penis. It is not attached to my penis because I can lift the skin and it is on the skin. It seems to be on the lower right portion of my penis. If I squeeze it, white stuff comes out and it comes out in a paste form. If I continue to squeeze, eventually red stuff comes out also in paste form. I am shy to ask my parents to take me to the doctor over this subject and I would really appreciate some help because I am really scared.

Why are you ashamed to talk to your dad about it, it is all part of growing up.

Well my dad is always working and when he is not he is sleeping because he is so tired, and I don't think showing my penis to my mom is appropriate

The "white stuff" coming out is probably pus; the "red stuff" may be blood mixed with pus. It's possible you just have something simple like an ingrown hair or a boil (it's like a really, really deep pimple), though if it's stayed around for a long time, you should probably ask to go see a doctor--I know it's uncomfortable, but just tell them you think you have a problem and want to talk to a doctor about it. You could even ask your school nurse for help if you don't want to bother your parents.
