Yeah pills don't work.. I tried pills once about 4 years go I took 6,ooomg of the pills and 6,000 mg of vitamins together with it for two month my skin looked no different... that was long enough for me so I stopped taking it... waste of my money

vitamin C I used I left out the C I forget the name of the ligtening pills I used but its mention here a lot...
