I finished my period and two days later I use the bathroom and when wiped there was blood, and I been having sharp cramps

It could be that your period had NOT stopped. It does not sound like you are bleeding heavily.

If the cramps are debilitating or unusual you should see a Doctor.

The period can stop and go within your most normal length of days.. or heavy to almost none.
If it's really heavy and constant and the cramps are consistent as well, go see your Doctor asap.
