All wires are secure, volume turned up, mute not on but still no sound but good picture. Hdmi cable hooked up from cable box to TV. Speakers on TV work fine cause I hooked up DVD player to TV and works great. Tried all audio settings on TV, even tried red,white, and yellow hook up instead of hdmi and still no sound from cable box to TV?

Time to swap the cable box with the cable company.

There might be something wrong with it, or there might be some hidden setting in the cable box itself.
