Ok I lost my virginity to my boyfriend a few weeks ago (we are both of age) and now my period is really light. It use to be a "regular" flow but now its light. Is that normal or no? Also I am having really bad cramps. I use to get cramps but they are a lot more painful. Hmmmm is there a problem or am I just over thinking this?

Take a pregnancy test in the next few weeks... just so you know for sure if you are or aren't.

And talk to your gynecologist if it continues. But no it not normal to change JUST because you had sex. There is a reason if you are normally regular. Changes in stress can sometimes do it.
