I'm 43 yrs old, I got married on sept 24,2011 and planned to get pregnant, my last period was Oct 31 and I've missed my period since then. I took 3 pregnancy tests but still got a negative result. I'm so nervous and worried. Please help!

Time to double check with the doctor. It could be, or it could be you have just missed a couple periods. Many women in their 40s don't always have regular periods any longer. ( not all but some)
