You can not have the case closed and be found not guility, those are two different things,

But you only have a felony record if you are convicted. Now for the police and courts, they can always see you were arrested and that ( what ever happened happened)
If the case was dismissed and closed, it will show that.

If you were found not guilty it will show that.
