So I have already had my period at the beginning of this month and now it is on again and it's lighter and mostly clotting my stomach has been cramped up and I've just been feeling so bad lately and having a little headache but I had a pregnancy test and it was negative just two days ago and the next day this spotting or whatever this is happened

While it is possible, normally if you have a period it will be very light and only last a day or two.

But with that said, it could be the flu or something else also.

I would wait one more week and if not normal period try another test and make sure it is the first urine of the morning.
