Woman and husband have hard time conceiving a child. They then go along with artificial semenation. The sperm donor ends up being a phsycho. He wants to be a part of the child's life and begins to stalk and harrass the couple. He murders the hubby by chopping off his head and delivers it to the wife as a gift during her baby shower. She then has a nervous breakdown and ends up in the hospital.
