I'm elmar I lived in uae 15 years and we last our passport like 3 or 4 years we were in pinalty so when in uae it was amnissy and we made the out-pass we went to sharjah immigration to make ready the pepres and fly to our country our visa was from sharjah and they take our eye-scan they told that the diport is for 3 years yani and my sister got marrid and she enterd to hasbend visa.me and my mom can't entry the uae why? Can you help us?

Talk the UAE embassy in your home country and ask them. They can give you the best information.

I doubt they will delete eye scan identification records ever... its in their best interested to keep them.

If your Sister married a citizen of the UAE... that may be why SHE got in... but that doesn't automatically give you and your mom a right to enter. As I said... I would ask them. If they refused entry.. they have a reason... and that's the best way to find out what it is.

So... in this time DID you talk to the UAE embassy about this... if you don't have a UAE passport, then its NOT your country... what you feel or not has no importance in this matter.
