Now I look like Ronald McDonald. This was the worse experience I have ever had. Has anyone else had this problem?

When you use box color you have to leave the color on longer than recommended (10 min longer). If you lighten your hair 2 shades lighter than natural you will pull red/orange. Tone your hair with violet base if blond and neutral if a light brown. If you look like Ronald McDonald perfect base for a natural brown and a quick fix that salons charge tone for as a "corrective color". BTW always go to a professional:)
