I have a cinder block basement in a house that was built in '71. Due to settlement, there may be cracks between blocks and wall that allow mice to get in.
How could I seal the house from the outside/or the inside to avoid the mice, which terrify me?

Buy the cans of spray in insulation foam, the kind that expands . That will fill cracks easily
