I'm being convicted of robbery and wanted to known what could I do after I get out
Could I get my record expunge and if so what do that in tell

I made a huge mistake and now I'm paying for it
My boss said when I get out that I could get my job back but the company I work for is bonded

Would anyone know if its even possible if I could still work there

First it will depend on where you are located, some places do not even allow explungement of records.

But where it is allowed, you have to serve all of your time, plus any probation or parole time. Then you wait 5 to 10 years after your sentence is completed and you can apply for it. So it is a long way down the road if you are just being convicted.

There is currently a Federal Program to help Felons get bonded.

Google Federal Program for Felon bonding

As for as the explungement of the record, you will need an attorney to even start it, he will have to sell to the court why you deserve it. So after your sentence if finally over, start discussing it with your attorney
