I don't remember doing anything to it. It isn't swollen or any difference in look it feels like pins and needle's mixed with fire. It hurts really really bad please I'm crying in pain. Help!

Regardless. It sounds like nerve damage i.e. irritated, pinched etc. If the sensation doesn't get better or stop in a few days you'll need to have it looked at. Hope that helps.
