Hi there!
Me and my wife got married last summer (2011) when she was in removal proceedings and I was a green card holder. We filed I-130. I got my citizenship September 2011. I called USCIS right after to ask any further instructions and they said they would upgrade the case manually over the phone but we didn't receive any mail with NoA. I have a questions:

What do we do for her?
Do we need to file I-485 right now?
Or wait for approval of I-130 first?
Or re-file I-130 along with I-485?

We talked to couple of lawyers but we didn't get clear answer and they just want to charge their fees without explaining anything!

I will appreciate any advise!
