    Sewage water under house
I want to purchase this house but we found that there is sewage water under the house. It is a leak and should we purchase the house? What about fixing it? Do you know the cost? Thank you for your expert advise.

The sewage under the house shouldn't be your concern. The seller should be responsible to repair the plumbing and the contamination clean up. And only then should you make a offer. Good luck, Tom

YES, YES, YES. Tom is right. You could have serious health comsequences with this issue. Is the house is on a slab or are the pipes under a basement floor?
