I have been spotting brownish blood for about a week or so now. And this morning I when to the restroom and wipped and there was this tissue feeling thing that was about the size of a quarter. It felt like a satueed mushroom. But looked like a dark brown little tiny liver almost. I have had cramps here and there but not bad to where I wanted to topple over. What was it and what should I do?

It's just "old blood" and tissue that would come out during a normal period. Your doctor can do an exam if you are concerned but typically, this is a normal experience for many women to have.
