I'm very scared and hurt now:
I got married November 2010 and I loved this person very much and now December 2011 I had to leave him. He emotionally abused me, turns off my cell any time he wants, threatening me about calling to USCIS that "i used" him for green card, also taking my money. I just moved out of the house last week and he still emailing me insults and threats.
It was time when I was working as a shutgirl at the clubs and were paid only cash, he is threatening me with tax problems. And there is even more drama and head ack I have to go through.
I don t know what to do. My 1st green card expieres on 2013 March but I can't file for divorce until next December because in SC separation period is 1 year.

What should I do to protect myself and my status?
And can I still get green card after all this?
