This month I thought I could be pregnant, I had a lot of the typical signs and even tested at 8 dpo. It came back negative, but I figured it was too soon. Then this week I had a strange period. Strange because it came 10 days early when I am typically very regular on a 28 day cycle and also because the blood seemed a little watery and light. My "period" lasted the usual 4 days, but I only used 3 tampons through the whole thing. Day one was only spotting when I wiped, day 2 was a little heavier, day 3 lighter and day 4 just spotting the first half of the day and then nothing. I normally also get a little acne about a week before, but not this time. Also important to this may be that I have an IUD that should have been removed 5 years ago, I have an appointment to have this done in January. Should I be worried and try to get in sooner, what could be going on?
