I just seem to know what people are thinking,feeling,what there going to do next. Please find someway I can check myself.

Start with family, friends, and neighbors, and offer to predict.
A good mentalist can tell what someone is going to do next based on cues they give off, postures, movements, expressions, words, or they can direct what someone will do next in similar ways.
This is different from predicting the far future.
The first is a science and art, the second is chance.

Check yourself for what? You seem to already know you have psychic abilities. Are you looking for scientific proof, something else?

Various clubs and sites offer testing for psychic abilities - they are almost all privately sponsored; thus, possibly of little worth.

Take a deck of cards and a friend or relative. Then try going through 1/2 of the deck. See if you can beat the averages. Not just the numbers on the cards but the suit also.

I'm not one to encourage psychic phenomena, but it seems like you aware of what you are capable.
