I have been traveling out of my body since I was 5 years old and I am 46. I am trying now to move object while being in this state beings I can't physically do this. Is this possible?

No it is not possible. You wouldn't have enough energy to move mass. The reason it happens during a haunting is because of the electro magnetic fields generated. In a OBE you aren't dealing with the same fields of energy.

No, I don't think it's possible. And it's out of body experience, not outer experience.
