I have a Everio camera, and I dropped it like four feet and now its not zooming out or in, and its stuck zooming out, and I don't know what to do, do I have to take it to someone to fix or throw it out or take the battery out for awhile?

Contact Everio and find a local repair shop. This may be as easy as disassembling the camera and getting a piece of dirt away from the button or replacing a spring, so it shouldn't be an expensive repair.
If this is not under warranty, then the expense to repair is likely to be not worth it. For a technician to even look at it will probably cost $75 +. Do try to find a shop and see what they say the cost will be. But it is likely you damaged the telescoping mechanism of the zoom, which could be an expensive repair.
