    I had a bottle of wine on Friday night and got tested on Tuesday did I passed it?

    That is insufficient information in relation to time interval. However, providing this was a standard bottle of wine (25 oz) that would amount to 5 standard drinks (US). Presuming you stopped drinking at midnight Friday and tested at 8 am Tues that would provide an interval of 80 hours.

    That should be adequate to clear the EtG. You probably passed the test.
