Could be the TCon, the panel, or LVDS. If it's under warranty, call Samsung or the retailer to setup an appointment for a technician to come out and inspect it and run some internal test patterns.
If it's not under warranty, expect to pay around $150-200 USD for an in-home diagnostic plus parts and possibly additional labor. If it's just the LVDS or Tcon it is definitely worth fixing (if you can find a place that doesn't charge any additional labor for repairs). If it's the panel, it won't be worth fixing.
I would lean toward the Tcon or LVDS since it goes away.
Of course I'm assuming this is a larger TV. If it's smaller then you will probably need to take it to a service center/store.
