    Lines on Samsung TV
I have a Samsung led t/v/ that has small lines in it from top to bottom. Butt unplug it and they go away for about 15 min and little shake on screen wnd they back. Play a game and they worse.

Could be the TCon, the panel, or LVDS. If it's under warranty, call Samsung or the retailer to setup an appointment for a technician to come out and inspect it and run some internal test patterns.

If it's not under warranty, expect to pay around $150-200 USD for an in-home diagnostic plus parts and possibly additional labor. If it's just the LVDS or Tcon it is definitely worth fixing (if you can find a place that doesn't charge any additional labor for repairs). If it's the panel, it won't be worth fixing.

I would lean toward the Tcon or LVDS since it goes away.

Of course I'm assuming this is a larger TV. If it's smaller then you will probably need to take it to a service center/store.

Haha. That problem is caused either by his logic buffers or the ribbon cables between the panel and the logic buffers. If he would have just taken the back off he probably just had to reseat the ribbon cables to fix it.
