I have been with this guy for some months, and he told me the other day that he had been with A LOT of women. This freaked me out because I am worried of how protected he was. I asked him if he was using protection and he said he used it, but still I'm worried. He said he got checked 6 months ago and there was nothing. I just hope I can trust him. I have already gotten something else from someone else a long time ago, so now I'm really nervous. I am nervous that he first told me now that he had been with so many women, and how serious it can be when you don't use protection. I am just really scared, nervous and I needed to talk with someone about this. I am embarrassed and full of regret for the mistakes I have done. I should have protected myself more and be more respectful towards myself. I am not with him anymore because I just need to be alone right now. I am just worried about how much protection he used with all these women.

What can I do to calm myself down ?

How much did he use when he was with you, that is what he most likely used with them. You assume he did not use it.
So get tested to be sure.

Also you say that you have already got something else from someone. I hope you have told this guy about your side too. Please go for a check up for yourself also. I hope you will be fine.
