You can divorce her and tell the INS all about it. BOTH. She will find herself not being here legally much longer. At the least tell the INS what you told us... now. That will short circuit the Green card application.

The sooner you can get out of the marriage the less its going to cost you... dragging it out is only going to cost you progressively more money.
