    Blocking websites?
I gamble on the web at a gambling site that I would like to block on my computer without being able to unblock it. Is there a way to do this?

BlockSite is an extension you can add to Firefox (browser). I've never tried it. The developer hopes for a $5 donation.

Don't forget that as with any addiction, you need substitutes in your life to keep you from gambling somewhere else. Talk group, different hobby, sport, whatever it takes.

No. If you have permission to block, then you also have permission to unblock.

But by all means, block it so that you have a prompt when you try to visit the site. That might help.

You could get someone else to install a blocker that has a password (and block all the gambling sites you can think of).

If you have a Windows computer you could edit the Hosts file.
