Am 16 year old.there is a girl that I love so much she 14 year but,am looking for a way to date her.I do not know how to stare talking to her.so pales help me out.

First, you can't "love" someone you can't talk to. You have to start a relationship with her. So you need to just ask her out.

It might help us help you if we knew more about how you know her, like do you have classes together, mutual friends, etc.

Agree this is far from love, lust perhaps but you start by just talking to her about school, classes, and things.

It's impossible to be in love with someone that you don't have a relationship with. Infatuated maybe, but not in love.
