Is she around any other children?
Do you mean you have not seen any doctors?
Speech development can be slow in very normal children. Some who don't even speak at all until about 5 go on to get PhDs. Finding out what is going on is something that a speech therapist needs to determine. A doctor could check her hearing and eyes and general health, and maybe have some simple tests done on her general abilities to do little tasks, but a speech therapist can do some of that too, such as some simple hearing tests. Does she turn her head when you come up behind her saying something softly?

If you have not taken your daughter to see a doctor, it is very important that you do this, the doctor can talk to you and also examine your daughter and let you know if there could be a problem.
