It just started to night , but It's a bit read around the piercing and my ear . It's also a bit warm to the touch . There's no green puss and it doesn't bleed . I don't really touch it but kind of and I use this stuff I bought at a store to clean it . I just ran water over to clean it a little because I read it could help . I really need to know , help !

If it still hurting you for more than two or three days, then yes it's infect.
Trying not to touch it always wash it with soap it always help trust me, I know how you feel.
Oh if it get swallow take one ibuprofen every 4 or 6 hr as needed. Don't abuse it. Or see a medical person for help. Good Luck! If something happen just let me know?
