I am looking for a martial arts movie, in it was a white guy with long hair and an oriental woman. The only parts I can recall is him and her walking on a city street and he was clowning around jumping up to grab metal poles and doing flips on them. I also recall a scene where she is being held captive behind bars and he sneaks in to rescue her. He slips up on her and places his finger tips about a half an inch from her eyes to keep her from giving his presence away. The guy may have been from England or Britain, not an American I don't think.
