Saw this cartoon in 90's. Can't remember the name. But the story was: There is this emperor(king) and he has no one. So he wishes for a child. One day he gets this lotus flower, and he has to protect it. So one day the flower opens up and there is little baby boy. The boy grows up a little and then something happens... And he is fighting or something with 3 or 4 dragons, they were all different colours(fire, earth, water and wind I think) those dragons had like powers. And this is pretty much it, don't remember anymore. But I do remember that it was sad cartoon and I was weeping :D . Have been searching for ages from YouTube and Google but nothing.

The hero of the story was a child warrior with supernatural powers. He was destined to confront, then defeat evil dragons that threatened ancient China. The evil entities understood the child was a threat to them, and demanded a sacrifice. The child sacrificed himself, but then the hero returned stronger than before. Prince Nezha then waged the final battle with the forces of evil in the depths of the ocean.
