Hi there! Me and my wife got married last summer when she was in removal proceedings and I was a green card holder. We filed I-130. Now I am a citizen and I have a question: what do we do for her? Do we need to file I-485? Or wait for approval of I-130 first? Or re-file I-130 along with I-485? We talked to couple of lawyers but we didn't get clear answer and they just want to charge their fees without explaining anything! I will appreciate any advise!
